I don’t know about you but I am DYING for spring to get here. The winter has just been too long! I am so excited to be offering Spring Mini Sessions on March 18 & 19th just in time to have portraits done in time for Easter. These mini sessions always book up quickly so call right away to get in on beautiful Spring Portraits. The basic package includes your session fee, one facebook image, one 8×10 portrait print, and your personalized viewing session for $99. Additional Collections and ala carte prints will also be available.

Thank you so much for all the fun entries for the Valentine’s Contest!

We have a winner! I can assuredly say the judges were driven by their love for music & candy. The winner is the Heaton gang with their story about their baby & his first lollipop complete with the candy Mama song. They won a free session & 11×14 wall portrait. Here is one of the photos candy Mama sent in.

I also had to award a free 8×10 portrait w/their next session to one of my favorite entrants with the dog biscuit snatching baby to the Bartish family along with one of their photos.

Valentine’s would for sure be my very favorite holiday if Christmas didn’t have so much meaning behind it. I never feel like I really enjoy Christmas like I should because I am running around like a crazy chicken fulfilling orders and keeping up with all the normal holiday rat race.

Valentine’s however my business is much more manageable and I get to decorate, do crafts, make valentine’s, etc. It is just so fun. Too bad Jesus couldn’t have been born Feb. 14th.

I just adore this couple! Many of you will remember the Mommy as the gorgeous bride with the funky hot pink shoes from my old website. Probably one of my most commented on and admired wedding photography images. I was so excited when they called to do a family session with their little girl. Love, love, love one year olds and their little pudgy cheeks & thighs! So cute.
