When should I book a session with you?

I am typically booked 3-4 weeks in advance especially during the late summer and  fall months.  I strongly recommend booking early to get the day and time you desire.

How do I book a session with you? 

 A deposit of $500 is required to book your session within 3 days of scheduling your session time slot.  This will apply to your session fee and a deposit on your order.  Family, children, tween & senior sessions usually last around one to one and a half hours.  Newborn sessions last around 2-3 hours.  We accept Paypal, credit cards, and checks.  Please contact Trudy for the address to mail your payment in.

What types of sessions do you offer?

I love creating colorful imagery for newborns, children, tweens, seniors, families, couples & corporate clients.  At this time I am no longer accepting wedding commissions.

What are your session fees and what is included?  

My session fees range from $175-$250 depending on the type of session you are looking for.

My goal with each session is for you to have a fabulous, fun and relaxing experience that results in images that capture the love, affection and beauty of your family.

I work with each client to create a beautiful collection of personalized artwork for your home.

Local Session Fee: $175/200

Beach Session Fee: $250

Session fee includes a pre-session design consultation either in person or via phone, the shooting time (generally one hour to an hour and a half) on location in the greater Grand Rapids area,

post processing of your images to achieve Trudy’s signature style of imagery, and a personalized design and viewing session two weeks following your session either in your home or Trudy’s studio.  Digital files are NOT included in your session fee.  All prints, products and digital products are sold separately.

Ala carte desk prints start at $65, Wall Collections with multiple image galleries start at $725, Digital collections start at $795 with most clients investing $1,500 on up.

What type of locations are available to create our images?  

There are so many fabulous locations to choose from!!  Your location could include an urban spot downtown, a field, a park, the beach, your country club, your home, my studio, etc.

Our portrait session was fabulous, when will I see my images?

Following your session I take great care to process each of your images to reflect my colorful, artistic style.  Your images will be available for a viewing and design appointment approximately two weeks following your session.  Each client receives a personal viewing and design appointment with me where I will go through all your images with you.  I will guide you on how to best display your photographic art.  My goal is to provide you with beautiful custom art for your home that you will adore for a lifetime!

Do you offer digital files?

Yes, I do offer individual high resolution digital files and also offer collections of digital files that include printing rights.  I strongly believe in the importance of tangible prints so each digital file and all digital collections also include corresponding printed pieces along with the high resolution digital images.  Digital files are NOT included in your session fee and are sold separately.  High resolution digital collections start at $795.

I also include a low resolution sharing size file with each and every desk, wall print or other product that you order.  Sharing size files are great for posting on social media and e-mailing family & friends.
